Tee boxes have been rebuilt and levelled. Irrigation has been replaced to better manage turf quality and water use. Holes near the Intracoastal Waterway have been raised to reduce flood risk, and bridges have been restored.

The destinations that will flourish are the ones capable of sustaining conditioning, service and atmosphere under pressure. By this measure, Wild Dunes Resort seems to have handled the strain rather well.
