Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the “Win a Mallorca Golfcard 2026” prize draw (“The Competition”), operated by Love Live Golf (“the Promoter”).
1.2 By entering The Competition and/or claiming a prize, entrants confirm they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
2.2 Employees, contractors, partners and immediate family members of the Promoter, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of The Competition, are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The Competition is void where prohibited by law.

3. Competition Period

3.1 The Competition opens at 00:01 on 26/01/2026 and closes at 23:59 on 15/02/2026 (the “Competition Period”).
3.2 Entries submitted outside the Competition Period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Entry instructions and the live entry form will be available via the official competition page.
4.2 The Promoter reserves the right to change or amend the entry process (including entry methods and entry values) at any time, where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.
4.3 Unless otherwise stated on the competition page, the following entry methods may be available during the Competition Period:

  • Social Share (worth 5 entries): FOLLOW @lovelivegolf (or the official Love Live Golf account stated on the competition page), LIKE the giveaway post, and TAG a friend.
  • Mailing List Sign-Up (worth 5 entries): Subscribe to the Love Live Golf newsletter via the Newsletter Sign-Up option using the email address you wish to be contacted on if you win.
  • Leave a Review (worth 15 entries): Leave a review based on having read any Love Live Golf article in the last 12 months (using the link provided on the competition page). The review must be made by the same person who read the article. Honest feedback only.

4.4 Multiple entry methods may be used where offered. Any limits, verification steps, or method-specific conditions shown on the competition page form part of these Terms.
4.5 Entries must be submitted by the entrant personally. Bulk entries, entries via agents, automated entries, scripts, bots or other fraudulent mechanisms are not permitted.
4.6 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received, incomplete, corrupted, delayed, or lost due to technical issues or any other reason.

5. Prize Details

5.1 The prize is 1 x Mallorca Golfcard 2026 (the “Prize”).
5.2 The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.3 The Prize does not include travel, accommodation, food, drink, equipment, insurance, green fees beyond what is covered/discounted by the card/vouchers, or any other costs associated with using the Prize unless explicitly stated.
5.4 Use of the Prize may be subject to third-party terms and conditions (including card/voucher validity rules, course restrictions, booking requirements, blackout dates, and availability). The Promoter is not responsible for any changes, restrictions, or withdrawal of participating venues or benefits by third parties.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
6.2 The winner will be contacted shortly after the Competition closes using the contact details provided at entry (e.g., email).
6.3 The winner may be required to verify their identity and eligibility (including age) before receiving the Prize.
6.4 If the winner does not respond and/or provide any requested verification within 10 working days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the Prize and select an alternate winner at random.
6.5 The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to The Competition.

7. Promoter Rights and Disqualification

7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it reasonably believes the entrant has breached these Terms, provided false information, attempted to manipulate the Competition, or acted in a way that undermines fairness or integrity.
7.2 If, for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, The Competition cannot be run as planned (including technical failure, fraud, or force majeure), the Promoter may cancel, suspend, or amend The Competition. Where possible, the Promoter will act fairly and minimise inconvenience to entrants.

8. Liability

8.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8.2 Subject to 8.1, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from participation in The Competition or use of the Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Data Protection and Publicity

9.1 The Promoter will process personal data submitted by entrants for the purposes of administering The Competition, contacting the winner, preventing fraud, and delivering the Prize.
9.2 Where entrants opt in to receive Love Live Golf emails/newsletters, their details will be used for that purpose in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and the entrant’s marketing preferences.
9.3 The Promoter (or any associated brand within its network) may use the winner’s name, image and/or comments about the Prize and Competition experience for promotional and marketing purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation, unless the winner objects in writing.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
