The England Golf Disability Squad for 2025/26 has been unveiled, marking a bold step in the governing body’s long-term ambition to make golf one of England’s most inclusive sports.
It’s part of England Golf’s 2025–2030 Disability Golf Plan—a strategic drive to open fairways, not just to competition, but to genuine opportunity for disabled golfers nationwide.
The newly formed England Golf Disability Squad is designed as a performance pathway, giving talented players with disabilities the structure, support, and competitive platform to reach the pinnacle of the game and proudly represent their country on the international stage.
A total of 12 golfers have earned their places, selected via the EDGA (European Disabled Golf Association) qualification system and split into four ability bands.
These bands will shape team selections and tournament entries, ensuring a fair and competitive structure across the season.
