LIV Golf and Trackman Join Forces in Game-Changing Three-Year Partnership

LIV Golf has signed a multi-year partnership with Trackman, marking a new era of precision, data, and fan engagement in professional golf. The collaboration will see Trackman’s cutting-edge radar and analytics technology embedded into every LIV Golf event across the globe, giving fans unprecedented access to the same data trusted by the world’s best players.

For the 2025 season, Trackman has already been LIV Golf’s ball-tracking technology partner, with radar units on all 18 tee boxes and multiple mobile cameras capturing every swing and strike.

The new three-year deal takes that partnership up a gear, expanding its reach across broadcasts, hospitality, and fan experience—making the numbers behind every towering drive and pinpoint wedge shot accessible to viewers everywhere.

“For the last 20 years, Trackman has been the leading sports technology in the golf industry. We share a passion for innovation and a vision to use technology to advance golf and engage fans across the world in new ways, and this partnership is a perfect example of this,” said Ross Hallett, LIV Golf Executive Vice President, Head of Events.

“Trackman’s impact on our broadcast analytics last year immediately levelled up the insights our fans want to see from our players—whether they’re watching on linear TV via one of LIV Golf’s broadcast partners across 200 international territories, LIV Golf+, or on one of the many screens around the hospitality suites and the course.

Finding ways for LIV Golf fans to engage directly with Trackman’s data and products will help foster deeper engagement from new and lifelong golfers alike. Everyone at LIV Golf is looking forward to expanding this partnership across our 14 events and continuing to make golf more accessible across the globe.”

Trackman’s unmistakable orange radar box has long been a fixture on driving ranges and tour setups, trusted by more pros than any other data solution. It captures every nuance of ball flight and club movement—150 readings per second—with forensic precision.

“Trackman has always believed that passionate golf fans and professionals alike want the best data and insights to improve their game,” said Klaus Eldrup-Jørgensen, Trackman CEO and co-founder.

“By integrating Trackman technology throughout LIV Golf events, we empower player insights and learning, making it core to each of the driving ranges. However, by integrating these into the pre-show broadcast and making Trackman accessible to attendees, we’re able to bring LIV Golf fans worldwide closer to the action and increase access to golf beyond the course.”

Performance, Precision, and Pure Entertainment

The partnership goes beyond data—it’s about storytelling. Every LIV Golf broadcast will now feature Trackman data breakdowns from the range, showing swing speeds, ball flights, and carry distances before players even tee off. It’s the closest fans have ever been to understanding what separates the elite from everyone else.

And the numbers don’t disappoint. Trackman’s 2025 stats from LIV Golf’s global season are a jaw-dropping reminder of how far the modern game has evolved:

  • Caleb Surratt (Legion XIII) launched the longest drive of the year—455 yards in Mexico City.
  • Joaquin Niemann (Torque GC) smashed the longest U.S. drive at 440 yards in Chicago.
  • Bryson DeChambeau, captain of Crushers GC, led the league in average carry length with 312.5 yards.
  • Josele Ballaster (Fireballs GC) topped swing speed charts at 133.4 mph.
  • Jon Rahm, LIV Golf’s two-time Individual Champion and captain of Legion XIII, averaged a 297.9-yard carry, with a top drive of 399.7 yards and a 120.7 mph clubhead speed.

Taking Global Engagement to the Next Level

Trackman’s partnership also extends beyond the fairways. This summer, it teamed up with Majesticks GC for a world-first: “Majesticks Versus the World”—the largest global closest-to-the-pin competition ever held.

Using Trackman simulators and ranges across 74 countries, over 9,500 players went head-to-head with the Majesticks’ pros on Valderrama’s iconic 6th hole. The result? Three champions crowned, from juniors to simulator die-hards, and a clear signal that technology can unite golf’s global community like never before.

Following its success, LIV Golf and Trackman are already planning similar events for 2026, connecting fans, simulators, and players in a way that blurs the line between virtual and real-world golf.

From Tour Data to Living Room Screens

Since 2003, Trackman has become the benchmark in sports data tracking—trusted not only in golf but also in baseball, tennis, and even Olympic events like hammer throw. Today, over 70,000 Trackman-powered bays around the world link golfers through data, competition, and community.

For LIV Golf, it’s a perfect fit. The league built on innovation now has the analytics engine to match its ambition. Together, they’re redefining what it means to watch, play, and experience golf in the 21st century.
