The Club at Chatham Hills, host to the inaugural LIV Indianapolis, will see it is first taste of professional golf in club history!
A unique venue to say the least, The Club at Chatham Hills was ranked Indiana’s 13th best in-state golf course from 2021-24 and features a slope rating in the mid-140s.
The story of course, will be the final countdown to crowning the individual champion.
Jon Rahm, reigning 2025 champion, captain of the four-time champion Legion XIII squad, and LIV’s biggest signing to date.
Rahm remains winless on the season, however a big comeback in Chicago, good for a T2 finish, paired with uncharacteristically poor play from Joaquin Niemann, has breathed fresh air into an individual title race that could have been considered over before the start of last weekend. Rahm’s path to victory is an outright win and keeping Niemann out of second place.
Joaquin Niemann, the LIV Golf record holder for individual wins who has five alone this season.
Until recently, Joaco had a streak of winning every other tournament. That streak was broken at Andalucia, but of course Niemann responding by winning the very next tournament at LIV UK.
We are pleased to bring you our final LIV Fantasy rankings of the 2025 season!
Picks by Group
- Joaquin Niemann – With everything on the line, your choice is either Niemann or Rahm; the choice is that simple. We’re betting on the man who has won five out of twelve tournaments, and in all honesty, is probably due for another. Though Rahm came close to pulling off that elusive first win last weekend in Chicago, the fact that he remains winless on the 2025 season makes Joaquin the favourite for the season finale.

- Dean Burmester – Snagging the most recent champion in Group 2 seems like a deal. Burmester’s performance at Chicago reminded us how good the South African really is, and we will not underestimate him again.
- Richard Bland – While Harold Varner III, Martin Kaymer, and Branden Grace are all fine options, I cannot say no to Richard Bland who proved me right again last week in Chicago. Sitting in 26th place in the season-long individual standings, Bland has extra incentive to score a few extra points with a second consecutive Top 10 finish to end the season in The Lock Zone. Bland has seldom let me down in the past, Dickie B gets the nod one last time.
- Josele Ballester – Ballester didn’t take too long to show off his potential, coming in T2 last week in Chicago along with Jon Rahm after the playoff loss to Dean Burmester. Normally we stay away from rookies for fantasy, but the young Ballester has proven his worth and we’re betting that he finishes the season strong in Indianapolis. Trust in Ballester to make the most of a course that has been home to NCAA tournament play.
- Branden Grace – Two Top 5 finishes in his last three tournaments, including a T5 in Chicago is all we need to see to give the final spot to the man who was quasi-relegated out of the league last season. Stinger has all the momentum in the world and I believe Grace will be a big part of giving the South Africans a second consecutive podium finish to end the season.
Picks for Team

- Crushers – By their own standards, the past three finishes have been disappointments for Bryson DeChambeau and his Crushers, the 2023 Team Champions. I cannot envision DeChambeau ending his season on a down note and the play of the other Crushers has been very good for the most part. A win in Indianapolis would mark the Crushers’ 4th of the season, tying them with Jon Rahm’s Legion XIII.
- Stinger – With Brendan Grace playing like his old self, there is no longer a weak link on the South African squad. Stinger, winless for two years before Chicago, finally broke through last weekend in a team playoff that featured dual birdies, crushing the hopes of Niemann’s Torque which themselves remain winless during the 2025 season.
Remember to set your fantasy roster before Friday morning when LIV concludes its regular season in Indianapolis. Viewers will find this tournament easier to watch as the tournament is being shown entirely on FOX and FS1.
