Golfers who’ve ever dreamed of stepping inside the mysterious performance lab used by the game’s biggest stars won’t have to hop a flight to California much longer.
The Kingdom at The Grove is officially coming to the UK, and it promises to shake up club fitting on this side of the Atlantic like a Jon Rahm protein shake in a tumble dryer.
TaylorMade has confirmed that its world-famous fitting headquarters—known simply as The Kingdom—will open its first location outside the United States at The Grove in Hertfordshire in Spring 2026. Yes, that Grove—the five-star luxury resort where Tiger Woods once swatted away the field to win the World Golf Championship. Not a bad bit of pedigree.
For those who haven’t heard of The Kingdom, think of it as golf’s Area 51—except instead of aliens, it’s packed with Tour pros, TrackMan data, and enough high-tech wizardry to rewire your swing DNA.
Rory McIlroy, Scottie Scheffler, Charley Hull, Tommy Fleetwood—this is where they get dialled in. Now, The Kingdom at The Grove will give British golfers the same elite, Tour-level fitting experience—minus the jet lag and passport queues.
“We’re delighted to unveil our first The Kingdom location outside of the United States at The Grove, near London. The Kingdom has been an iconic part of the TaylorMade brand for many years, and we’re thrilled to bring it to a new market enabling more golfers to experience what we do best.
Since the beginning, we’ve been on a journey to become the market leader in customisation and personalisation. This new facility is a tangible sign that our strategy is thriving and will help strengthen the global position of our brand.”
— David Abeles, President & CEO, TaylorMade Golf
What’s coming?
The Kingdom at The Grove is being built as a purpose-designed fitting fortress—three state-of-the-art hitting bays, a tour-grade putting studio, a full custom-build workshop, private lounge, and even a locker room so players can pretend they’re on tour—minus the courtesy cars and entourages.
The entire building is crafted from timber with hidden solar panels, because saving strokes shouldn’t come at the cost of roasting the planet.

Inside, golfers will be fitted using TrackMan, Foresight, GEARS, and Quintic—basically the same tech NASA would use if they fancied fitting astronauts for hybrids. And the best part? Just like at Carlsbad, you’ll hit every shot with purpose, every result tracked, every potential tweak analysed. This isn’t some retail fitting bay next to a coffee shop—this is serious, Tour-level clubcraft.
“The Grove was a natural fit with its five-star luxury resort aligning perfectly with the premium nature of the TaylorMade brand. Not only is it in a perfect location, just outside the biggest city in our biggest European market, but it boasts exceptional facilities alongside a top-class golf course with Tour heritage.
Tiger Woods won a World Golf Championship here and more recently they have hosted the British Masters. We couldn’t be more thrilled to partner with The Grove and bring the ultimate TaylorMade fitting experience to all golfers.” — David Silvers, Vice President & Managing Director EMEAP, TaylorMade Golf
A new playground for gearheads

TaylorMade and The Grove aren’t cutting corners. Kyle Phillips Golf Course Design—yes, that Kyle Phillips—is rebuilding the entire driving range for the project.
When finished, the range will stretch to 320 yards, with a new 7.4-acre grass practice field and a short game area the size of some club car parks—4,000 square metres, all for wedge work.
Around 40 new trees are being planted during construction, because even precision golf needs a little scenery.
Better still, the workshop on site means golfers can be fitted and walk away with their custom clubs on the same day. No waiting weeks. No boxes lost in transit. Hit, fit, build, enjoy—simple.
“It’s fantastic to be able to announce this partnership with TaylorMade Golf. To partner with TaylorMade, who have some of the most innovative products on the market, and a portfolio of the game’s most elite athletes, The Kingdom at The Grove will further enhance our guest experience and strengthen our position as the Number One Golf Resort in England*. We look forward to welcoming everyone to The Grove next year.” — Anna Darnell, General Manager, The Grove
