PIF Global Series Culminates in Shenzhen with Aramco China Championship

If the Aramco China Championship needed a setting to match its billing, Mission Hills China in Shenzhen is about as grand as it gets.

From 6–8 November, the world’s best female golfers will descend on Asia’s largest golf resort to bring down the curtain on the 2025 PIF Global Series.

After jetting from Saudi Arabia to South Korea, across England and the United States, the tour ends where East meets West—with a finale that promises fireworks on the fairways and a touch of theatre off them.

Last year’s chapter in this story belonged to French star Céline Boutier, who captured the Aramco China Championship with a two-shot victory, her sixth career win on the Ladies European Tour.

In the team event, Team Tamburlini edged out their rivals with a 37-under-par masterclass. Shenzhen knows how to host drama, and this year the stakes feel even higher.

Mission Hills Ready for Its Close-Up

“This isn’t just a golf course—it’s a stage,” declared Tenniel Chu, Vice Chairman of Mission Hills China and Honorary Vice Chairman of the China Golf Association.

“To welcome back the Aramco China Championship as the finale of the PIF Global Series is not only an honour, but a chance to showcase once again the energy, culture and passion for golf that make this place unique.

“We’re excited to see the world’s best players write the next chapter of that story here in Shenzhen, as we celebrate the city’s 45th anniversary as the heart of the Greater Bay Area.”

Stage? Check. Stars? Coming soon. Shenzhen is rolling out the red carpet.

Golf Saudi’s Vision Keeps Growing

Golf Saudi, the engine behind the Aramco-backed series, isn’t just lining up tournaments—they’re building bridges. This year’s event will feature youth clinics designed to spark the next generation of golf fans in China, while panels will explore tourism and investment ties between China and Saudi Arabia.

The message is clear: the Aramco China Championship isn’t just a trophy hunt—it’s a platform for progress, culture, and opportunity.

What’s Next

The player line-up and ticket details will be unveiled in the coming weeks, but anticipation is already crackling like static on a stormy night. The Aramco China Championship will mark the fifth and final stop of the PIF Global Series before the Ladies European Tour wraps up in Andalucía later in November.

World-class golf. A city celebrating its 45th birthday. And a finale designed to showcase not just who lifts the trophy, but where the women’s game is headed.
